You are welcome to join us for 2 or 3 walks before deciding whether or not you wish to join the club. Please consult the programme and contact the leader of the walk you wish to go on, or alternatively use the online contact form.
Subscription for the current year (from March 2025 to February 2026) is £10 per person. If you join after 30th September, you will only be asked to pay half the annual rate.
If you would like to join now, please download and complete the membership form and email it to us at info@exeterramblingclub.co.uk. Alternatively, you can print the form and post it to our Treasurer or hand it to any member of the committee at the start of a walk.
Payment can be made by cash, cheque payable to Exeter Rambling Club, or by bank transfer.

Many members pay their subs in person at the Annual General Meeting, which takes place in early March each year.

Members are asked to provide only those personal details that are essential for managing their club membership, for example so they can be contacted about club events and meetings.
By joining the club, members consent to the use of their information for this sole purpose. No information will ever be passed to any third party or used for marketing purposes.
Members’ details are collated and stored by the Treasurer/Membership Secretary and are available to members of the Exeter Rambling Club Committee.
Members are responsible for ensuring that their information is kept up to date. Please let the Treasurer/Membership Secretary (Andrew) know as quickly as possible if any of your contact details change.
Individuals’ details will be deleted from the membership list when they terminate their membership of the Exeter Rambling Club or if they fail to renew their subscription within six months of the due date.
