10.00am STONEBARROW NT car park (SY 382 932). 6.5 miles via Golden Cap and Seatown. For those wanting something more leisurely, there is the option of turning back at Golden Cap to be led to a beautiful spot in the shade for lunch and to await the arrival of those returning from the longer walk.
